Definition
Network 3.0 came about in 2013 as a collective of young entrepreneurs willing to undertake and invest in any project that was placed before them that had potential to be a good business but that did not yet have the people, knowledge, or capital necessary to get stared.
Under the slogan “Let’s make it possible,” the collective began to nurture profiles of diverse sectors, until they created a network from which they could begin a great variety of projects.
Redesign
One of the founders recovered the project, but wanted to renew the visual identity some way, making it more attractive and versatile a decade later.
For this redesign, the graphic resources were analyzed (typography, colors, forms, etc.) as they wanted to update, maintain the essence, and reenforce the concept of network, of community.
One of these elements that was proposed previously – and rarely used – was the hexagon, a form often associated with bees, being a hard worker and an incredibly strong concept of unity.
Thus the redesign of the visual identity went from the creation of a new logo to searching for a new corporate color, and a new tone when communicating and transmitting their message.
Being a community without limits in neither space nor projects, the proposals for applications consisted of business cards, promotional flyers, brochures and postcards, and proposals of patterns that took advantage of the hexagon, as well as future applications: buttons, signs, app icons, notepads, etc.
Desarrollo y aplicaciones
Al tratarse de una comunidad sin limitaciones de espacio ni proyectos, las propuestas de aplicación consistieron en las tarjetas, algunos carteles promocionales, folletos o postales y propuestas de patrones que aprovecharan el hexágono, así como posibles futuras aplicaciones: señalética, botones, iconos de aplicaciones, blocs de notas, etc.
